reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't wanna live there
drama doesn't follow me, it rides on my back
maybe it's not my weekend, but it's gonna be my year
I'm alone, on my own, and that's all I know
I'll be strong, I'll be wrong, Oh but life goes on
and it's hard to dance with a devil on your back so shake him off
I'm cleaning up mistakes I've made, replacing them with ones I've not made yet
we hate the rain when it fills up our shoes, but how we love when it washes our cars
we love to love when it fills up the room,
but when it leaves oh we're cursing the stars
I'll be by you, you'll be by me too
we'll get through everything, we'll get through everything
I'll remind you, you''ll remind me too,
we'll remember everything
november storms can bring
falling into memories of you
the things we used to do
follow me there a beautiful somewhere
a place that I can share
with
you
we should never grow up
Sometimes I wish that I could freeze the picture, and save it from the funny tricks of time
at Cavanaugh Park . . .

I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you
